A: Please allow up to 2 business days to process and ship your order. 

For domestic orders we use US Postal Service, which takes 1-3 business days to be delivered once shipped. We will email you the tracking number once your order has shipped.

For international orders, we use USPS International, which includes global tracking and takes 7-14 business days to arrive. Please be aware that shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Sacred Blend ships your package DDU, “unpaid duties and taxes”, and does not charge VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your specific charges may be. If your order requires these additional charges, they must be paid by the customer to get your package through customs. Each country has its own unique guidelines and regulations and it is up to the customer to investigate and make the necessary follow-up arrangements to contact their local postal service and follow the necessary steps to have their package cleared if there is a hold on the shipment.

A: Yes, Sacred Blend ships internationally depending on an individual country’s regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the regulations for their country. Not all items we sell can be shipped to every country. Shipping charges that show on the final invoices are estimates. Our standard international shipping method is US Postal Service. Estimated shipping times (not including order processing time) for USPS Mail service is as follows:

1st Class: 3-5 weeks
Priority Mail – 7-14 days

A: Store all our botanical medicines in a cool, dry place, however the Sananga MUST be refrigerated.

The applicators can be washed with neutral soap and water, dried thoroughly afterwards, and kept away from humidity.

A: The tobacco in our hapés is a natural or organic tobacco. This is very different from cigarette tobacco. Jungle tobacco has been used for centuries as a healing plant. This ceremonial tobacco is grown naturally. It contains some nicotine, but in much smaller amounts than commercial tobacco. Please always use it in prayer and reverence.
